Do you know what makes me mad?
People who think being prepared isn’t worth their time or effort.
It blows my mind when people think that it’s over the top, not worth the money, or just not necessary.
What could be more important than being prepared when disaster strikes?
What’s more important than your life and the lives of your loved ones?!
If the people from New Orleans who died in Hurricane Katrina had another chance, don’t you think they would have spent a little more money being prepared? Making sure they have the supplies and protection they need when disaster strikes?
You bet your ass they would have.
People spend their money on lots of things they don’t even need — just things they want, or things they think they want. But I’ll tell you what… when the SHTF, your new designer shoes aren’t going to save you from dehydration, starvation, or freezing to death in the night.
I’ve spent my entire life dealing with worst-case scenarios. Preparing for them, dealing with them when they occur, and cleaning up in the aftermath of tragedy. I know exactly what you need to survive in each and every disaster situation…
And I can tell you without hesitation that the right supplies are absolutely worth your hard earned money.
I know because I’ve seen it in my 15 years as an EMT, as an Emergency Manager, as a member of the Incident Command Staff, and working at the federal and state Emergency Operation Centers.
So when someone tells me that taking the necessary steps to ensure my family’s well-being ISN’T WORTH IT… well those people aren’t even worth my time.
For those of you that do recognize how important preparedness is, I salute you. Together we’ll be prepared for anything this dangerous world can throw at us.
Here is my promise to you:
I will ALWAYS be straightforward and up-front about what you need and what you don’t.
Every disaster situation is different and requires different supplies and strategies. You work hard for your money, as do I, and I respect that. So know that when I give my stamp of approval on something I don’t do it lightly. It means it’s something that I use, that I own, or that I have created specifically for you.
It’s something that can save your life, and keep you alive during a time of crisis.
When disaster strikes the smallest things can mean the difference between life and death. So keep an eye out for my emails and rest assured that they are packed with life-saving tips, tools, and supplies that you need to be prepared for any emergency situation.
To your survival,
